If you wish to apply please provide a brief description of the project, which totals no more than two pages. More information will be requested if required. Please note that we have a small team and receive a large number of applications and so it can take some time to process and respond.

WHAT ARE THE DEADLINES TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS?

There are no deadlines for submission and the application will be reviewed at the next meeting of The Sackler Trust. The Trustees meet quarterly.

HOW MUCH CAN I APPLY FOR?

There is no set amount, but please explain in any application the specific element of the project to be supported.

CAN YOU REAPPLY IF UNSUCCESSFUL?

Yes.

WILL I BE UPDATED ON PROGRESSION OF APPLICATION?

You will be updated when a decision has been made as to whether the application has been successful or not. You will also be updated if it has been deferred pending more discussion or further information.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ASSESS THE APPLICATION?

This can vary according to when the subsequent Sackler Trust meeting will take place.

WILL THERE BE A VISIT TO MY ORGANISATION/PROJECT AFTER I APPLY?

These will be arranged with prior discussion, if required.

DO YOU GIVE MULTI-YEAR GRANTS?

Yes, multi-year grants are considered.

CAN INDIVIDUALS APPLY?

Our focus is on supporting charitable institutions and organisations and not individuals.

WHAT GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS DO YOU COVER?

The Sackler Trust has a specific focus on the UK but is also active globally.

The Sackler Trust accounts are available on the Companies House and Charity Commission websites.
